Our Costing Structure:
Direct
- 12% of annual gross earnings although this can be
negotiated dependant on seniority and number of
individuals.
- Traveling and Accommodation cost for final selection
in country excluded.
Indirect
- Visa and work permit processing cost
- Traveling cost
Salary Package
- Dependant on the duration should include basics like
Accommodation, Medical….
- If the duration of the contract is for a long period
visits to family or family traveling must be considered.
